I always have a difficult time shopping for men. Whether it’s my husband, father in law or close friend, I just can’t seem to open my mind to anything other than pajama pants and gift cards. This year I wanted to get a handle on some ideas for my husband and I think I did pretty well. He’s the type that either wants something totally unrealistic or just doesn’t give you any ideas at all. Well, luckily I have been paying attention the last few months and these are some gifts that I know are on his list and they make great gifts for other male members of the family too! Happy shopping 🙂
QALO Men’s Silicone Ring– It’s a great alternative to the traditional wedding band for those men who love their super active lifestyles or have a hard time wearing a fancy wedding band at work depending on what they do. It’s made of 100% medical grade silicone. Super durable and comfortable too. They come in a few colors and have women’s choices as well =)
Garmin Vivofit Fitness Band – The vivofit fitness band is the perfect motivator whether your at the gym or not. It learns your normal activity level and assigns you daily goals. It displays your steps, calories, and distance. I love how it literally tells you to get moving if it detects that you have been inactive for a while. Now I don’t have to be the nag!!
Valet Stand– My husband wears a uniform everyday with small pieces that attach to his shirt. He wants a valet caddy so that he can have his undershirt, uniform, socks, and shirt pins all together and ready to go. Sounds good and organized to me.
GoPro HERO4 SILVER– I don’t really need to explain this super popular piece of technology but my husband has been wanting one lately now that our son is getting old enough to take on outdoor adventures. I actually think that getting a Go Pro would improve the activity level because you just want to use it so bad that you’ll find something to do =)
Gift Cards – My husband likes getting gift cards because he can actually spend time “shopping” for something that he really wants in his favorite store with someone else’s money. It’s a win-win really because he gets exactly what he wants and looks like a kid in a candy store and I don’t have to spend 4 days in a store looking for something that I have no idea about. Some gift card ideas that are perfect for my husband are Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy, Bass Pro Shop, and Barnes and Noble.
