For the updates, I tend to stick with spicing it up!
I love adding a teaspoon of red pepper flakes and giving it some heat. I also like to try different herbs and see what works. I have found I love oregano, parsley, and dill.
I have also added turmeric, red chili paste, garlic, lime and coconut milk to give it a bit of a Thai flavor.
I love this recipe with some sourdough crusty bread on the side.
It is perfect if you have a cold or if it is just cold outside.
